All material received for editing and translating is confidential unless it is already in the public domain. It will not be made available to or communicated to other people or companies.
All material received from students as the basis for preparing a lesson, translation or editing work is viewed as private under Belgian law, unless it is already in the public domain.
All private materials delivered to 1 2 Work in English will not be made available to other people or companies.
Course materials or notes developed from a student's private materials will not be used for other students by 1 2 Work in English. Cleaned versions of a student's private materials, from which all information that could identify the original client has been removed, may be used with other clients.
Course materials delivered by 1 2 Work in English to students are intended for the original student's use only. These materials may not be sold except by Cynthia Grover.
The www.12workinenglish.com website does not host advertisements, as of November 30, 2015. If you see an ad on this site, it is an accident due to incomplete removal of previous advertising material. Please inform us at info@12WorkinEnglish.com if you see an ad on this site.

When payment for services is in advance, if the client is not satisfied, the client's money will be refunded.
For a refund, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org stating your name, your Skype name, your Paypal account number, the date of the lesson, the amount you expect to have refunded, and the reason you are not satisfied.
If the lesson did not take place due to technical equipment failure or a mistake in calculating the time zones, payment will be refunded. Just state in the email to email@example.com what the problem was. You may opt to reschedule the lesson instead of the refund in these cases.
